Ramón Crum was born in Manhattan and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He was attracted to the real estate industry from an early age since helping his mother with managing her investment properties throughout the city.
After acquiring his B.A. in Business Economics, Ramón decided to follow his dreams and pursue his passion of residential real estate. As a result of beginning his career in 2007 in California, which was the beginning of the foreclosure crisis, Ramón decided to specialize in selling bank owned, short sales, and dilapidated properties.
As a California and NYC real estate broker Ramón helped many first-time buyers and investors save money by purchasing properties directly from major banking institutions like Bank of America and Chase.
In Addition, while working in the Los Angeles-Long Beach area he was able to help many distressed homeowners who needed help negotiating with their lenders to allow the sale of their home. After moving briefly back to NYC. Ramón started to teach the New York real estate salesperson requirements for REEDC. Simultaneously, opening a boutique agency in Manhattan and expanding CRUM into the Russian and Chinese real estate markets.
